1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 1/3 cup Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 6 tbsp chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and shape into 1-inch balls.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
