20 minute vegetarian chili

Ingredients
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium choppedZucchini, 1 choppedMushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Onions, raw, 1 large Canned diced seasoned tomatoes, 1 canBeans, red kidney, 1 canBeans, black, 1 canYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup 1 envelope chili seasoning
Directions
Prepare veggies
Heat oil ovr med heat in large pot
Add garlic & onion, saute for a minute or tow, then add peppers, mushrooms, zucchini
Saute a few more minutes, then add tomatoes, beans, corn, & seasoning.
Stirl until combined, lower heat, simmer 15 minutes
