12.1 oz Tilapia filet 4 cup, chopped Kale 2.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 cup Spinach, frozen 4 cup marketside angel hair cole slaw .26 cup Tomato Paste 12 oz Turkey, wing, smoked, cooked, with skin, bone removed 12 tsp great value minced garlic 12 tsp Spice World Squeeze gingr 3 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g) 1.813 cup Great value diced tomatoes (no salt added) 425 gram(s) Great value tomato sauce 1 serving Aidells Chicken and Apple Sausage (Costco) 91g/Link (by VEGAS4X4) 4 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
. Heat oil.
2. Slice onion and add to oil.
3. Cook for about 10 min, on medium low heat, or until onion is slightly golden brown.
3. Cut up hot pepper, add to mixture.
4. Cut tomato and garlic cloves and add to mixture.
5. Cook for 5 min, add spice/ dried pepper.
6. Add tomato sauce.
7. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
8. Add frozen spinach, break it up as it melts.
9. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 10 servings of 1/4 cups
