1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 0.75 cup blueberries fresh or frozen (unsweetened) 1 large Egg, beaten 1 cup rolled oats1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp baking powder1 tsp Granulated Sugar (optional to sprinkle on tops)
Mash bananas in bowl, mix in remaining ingredients. scoop into jumbo muffin tin. Bake at 425F for 5 min., then 375F for 12 min. Allow to cool in tin for a few minutes.
