Ingredients
85 gram(s) Vital Protein, Original Pea Protein Isolate (by ROSCOE01) 7 serving Egg white, large 150 mL Buttermilk, lowfat 1 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Soak protein powder in buttermilk. Whisk egg whites into meringue using lemon juice. Beat until stiff peaks form. Gently (really gently) add protein and buttermilk. Spice to taste. Bake in a lightly greased loaf pan for 20-30 min. (depending on oven) at 220 degrees.
