1 cup Oats, Quaker 0.5 cup bob's red mill vital wheat gluten flour (by SNJNFAM) 2 tbsp Brewer's (nutritional) Yeast Flakes (by LIVNFITNHAPPY) 2 tbsp (1 serving) Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, KRETSCHMER Honey Crunch Wheat Germ 10 gram(s) knorr vegetable broth powder (by KAYCEOLCEOLCEOL) 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Combine all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Let set for 10-15 minutes. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, make 6 patties in pan and fry on both sides. When all patties are done, return any patties that were removed to pan and add a couple tablespoons of water, cover, and let steam until water is gone. Serve.
