Light Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
1 c. light mayo1/4 c. sweet relish1 tbsp onion, finely chopped1 tsp lemon juicedash of prepared mustard *(optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Refrigerate unused portion and it will keep for 2 weeks in fridge.
