1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal brand, unbleached all-purpose (by OMALLEYC) 8 tbsp Bell Plantation's PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter) with Chocolate 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 8 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 15 tsp Sugar - C&H Pure Cane Granulated White Sugar 0.333 cup, packed Brown Sugar 8 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil (Carrington Farms — virgin, cold-pressed) 1 tbsp Canola Oil 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Mix all together in a large bowl until well mixed. Drop onto silicon lines cookie sheets, about 1 inch apart. Cookies will be large.
Bake about 18 minutes at 350 degrees or until tops of cookies are no longer shiny. Let cool on cookie rack.
