Ingredients
45.0 gram Milled Linseed - Natural Selection1.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Baking Powder6.0 tsp Canderel green Stevia15.0 mL Water, tap
Directions
Mix all in a bowl. Grease a flat plate with oil. Then pour into the flat plate. Spread out evenly. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minute. Fill in with veggies and poultry. Wrap and enjoy. Tastes yummy!!!!
