Ingredients
4 tbsp San-J Mildly Spicy Thai Peanut Stir-Fry & Dipping Sauce (by LBANDERSON) 6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .5 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 1tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Stir fry onions carrots in sesame oil med heat until onions are translucent. Add cabbage mushrooms chicken and sauce. Heat through until cabbage is limp and chicken is hot.
