Ground beef, lean, 6 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 clove *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp Hannaford salsa, 16 tbsp *Goya Black Beans, 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .5 cup Gourmet garden cilantro blend, 4 tsp Lime Juice, .5 fl oz Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped *Cabot Vermont 50% Light Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz ,shreddedCalavo Guacamole, 2 tbsp R.W. Garcia Tortilla chips, 16 chips (1 serving)
Cook beef, onions & garlic in frying pan . Drain fat. Add seasoning mix (half of package) and salsa. Heat through, add beans and corn. Simmer on low while chopping 1 head of romaine & put on 2 dinner plates. Add cilantro and lime to beef mixture. Turn off heat. Divide beef between plates, top with cheese, then peppers and gaucamole. Place chips around edge of plate tucked into romaine. May sprinkle top with crushed chips. ENJOY!!
