4 serving Egg white, large 2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp paprika, smoked (by PFLEEG) 1 tsp Guar Gum (by TATERBUGPBJ)
Meringue egg whites with guar gum. Mix the remaining ingredients very well. Mix everything preheat oven at 150. Take some parchment paper. Use a whip dispenser or even a small spoon to form your 'cheetos'. bake for 30 min. Turn oven off and allow to cool inside the oven without opening for 1 1/2 hours
