Tequila-Lime Grilled Shrimp

Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp Lime Juice, .25 cup Tequila, 1 fl. oz *Extra Light Olive Oil, 12 tbsp Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
1.Combine the tequila, Olive Oil, and lime Juice in a Ziploc bag, remove half and reserve. Place shrimp in the bag, Marinade overnight
2. Place the remaining marinade in a sauce pan over hih heat. Bring to a boil and let continue to boil until reduced by half. Remove from the heat and whick in the chilled butter until the sauce thinkens. Keep warm, but do not return to a boil.
3. Place shrimp on an oiled grill rack and grill for 5-6 mins, turning once.
4. Serve with the sauce
