apple smores

Ingredients
2 apples2 tbsp honey1/2 tsp cinnamon6 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter6 full sheet graham crackers
Directions
first core and cut in half 2 apples, then cut each half into 3 wedges. Dip the apple wedges in lemon juice to prevent them from browning, then place them in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Cover the apples with a paper towel and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until they're tender but still hold their shape. Drain the apples on paper towels. In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter honey and cinnamon. For each smore, spread some of the peanut butter mixture on a graham cracker square, add 2 apple wedges, and top with a graham cracker lid.

Makes 6 smores.
