1.75 cup Great North Beans (White Beans) 4 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium 10 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 6 oz Baked Chicken Thigh (bone in w/out skin) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.5 cup Rotel (by CHALIGAL155) 3 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida 4 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Oregano, ground
Cook all (except cheese, lime, and avocado) in crock pot on high for 5 hours. Shred chicken, add avocado and cheese. Blend with immersion blender if desired. Garnish with a squeeze of lime and some cilantro.
