Ahi Tuna and Asian Marinade

Ingredients
0.5 cup Lemon Juice1.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Ginger Root0.3 cup Soy Sauce2.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tsp lemon zest18.0 oz Ahi Tuna (yellow fin)
Directions
Whisk all of the above ingredients together in a marinating Bowl. Using a fork, make holes in the tuna steak for the marinade. Add the tuna and allow it to marinate for one two three hours in the refrigerator. Preheat a medium griddle on medium Heat. This is all so wonderful on the grill again use medium Heat. Remove this Tuna from the marinade and set aside reserving the marinade. In a small saucepan add the marinade and bring to a boil and then reduce the Heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cook the tuna over medium heat using a grill or fry pan comma for approximately 5 minutes a side. Remember once you set it down don't touch it until it's time to turn it over. Use the reserved marinade to baste the tuna steaks as they cook. Serving Size: 1Tablespoon
