2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.50 tsp Baking Soda 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 16 tbsp All Natural Raw Almond Butter (MaraNatha)
Pre heat oven to 400
Use preferably a non stick muffin tin or silicone as the muffins tend to stick to muffin cups
Use non stick spray
Mix all ingredients together and put mixture into the tin
Bake approximately 15 minutes
You can add chocolate chips or bananas for taste, just keep in mind extras will change the nutritional values
Best eaten after they have cooled for a few hours
