Ingredients
3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.85 cup Beans, black3.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium2.9 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)1.0 tbsp Olive Oil2.75 cup Rice - Minute instant brown rice3.0 tsp Chili powder2.0 tsp Cumin seed2.0 tsp Garlic powder3.0 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Cook everything except rice and bean in crock pot on low for 4 hours, remove chicken, add rice and beans cook on high for 30-45 mins. add shredded chicken back then serve.
