Ingredients
500 gram(s) fromage frais maigre bio Delhaize 200 gram(s) flocons d'avoine bio delhaize rolled oats 5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 70 gram Chia seeds - salvia hispanica - micronutrients included 5 tbsp Flaxseed 50 gram Cacao Nibs Nutrisslim - all micro included 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 5 half Apricots, dried 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 20 grams vanila Sugar 20 nuts Hazelnuts 1tbsp lemon and orange zest
Directions
mix together. let them rest for 10 min for chia to soak. make the cakes with a big table spoon, flatting out. cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 160C. watch so they do not burn.
