I had to come back and rate this 5 stars. The recipe was sooo easy and my husband loved it. Thanks again for such a fabulous recipe! Oh, and I added some red pepper flakes for a little kick! - 10/6/09

Had this tonight and it was delicious! I used low-sodium soy sauce, wrapped the fish in a sealed foil packet, and used the juice on reheated, leftover brown rice. Fabulous with fresh broccoli. Thanks for sharing this! - 12/28/10

I used honey instead of maple syrup and low sodium soy. This turned out very good, super easy and I will definately be making this again. - 2/12/09

Absolutely Delish! We fixed it with the Maple Syrup and as written. It reminds me of the Bourbon Chicken you get at the malls. I'm going to try it with Chicken and see how it turns out. I've been sarching for a recipe that would mimick the Bourbon Chicken at the mall...this might do it! - 8/13/10

Good recipe. The only issue I had was that prep time showe five minutes and is supposed to marinate one hour. If you didn't read directions first would leave you pressed for time on weeknight. - 3/18/12

omg!!! really good, first time cooking salmon and came out great. My picky husband liked it, and he doesn't like trying anything new. Used less of the soy sauce. - 12/2/10

This is the only salmon I will ever fix again! Next time, I'm going to marinate it in half of the marinade and grill it. I will baste it with the rest of the sauce. We served it with wild rice; perfect compliment! - 1/2/11

I had my doubts when I saw maple syrup as an ingredient, but it was delicious. When my twin 13 year old sons asked for seconds, I knew it was a success!!!!! - 3/1/10

i served it with a sesame soba noodle salad and it got high praise from my fussy husband and my two year old actually ate his salmon tonight instead of leaving it like he usually does when it's plain. a definte keeper. thick fillets took a bit longer than 15 mins though. cheers - 9/15/08

My little brother DOES NOT eat fish and he saw me eating this for lunch. Said it smelled good. I told him it had maple syrup, soy sauce and garlic in it... three things he likes. He actually TRIED the fish and thought it was good. Unbelievable. The recipe so tasty and satiates a sweet tooth too, lol - 5/29/10

Tried this tonight and it came out really well even though I only had about 20 minutes to marinate it. I found it a tad salty for my taste, so I might cut down on the soy sauce next time. - 10/20/10

This was very easy, but the garlic was overwhelming when I served it hot. However, the leftovers were AWESOME cold the next day. This is a keeper. - 7/30/10

Ummmm am I the only person that doesn't eat raw or uncooked fish......350 degrees for 15 min covered will not cook this recipe until the fish is pink and flaky. - 1/23/14

Phenomenal!! I was skeptical considering how quick and easy it was to make not to mention it only uses a few ingredients. Even my somewhat picky husband loved it! - 1/5/11
