2 diced green onions1 diced celery4 cups Wild Alaskan Sockeye 2 Whole large eggs1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise2 cups ground fresh bread crumbs
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients, shape into 8 patties
Place the fresh bread crumbs in a bowl.
Dredge the salmon meat lightly with the bread crumbs.
