Zero Carb salmon patties

14 oz Steelhead Salmon1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 Tb Coconut milk2 tsp Coconut Oil 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 Tb lemon juicesalt, pepper, garlic powder, herbs de provence to taste
*chop salmon roughly
*add all ingredients to food processor and pulse 5-10 times until seasonings are fully incorporated
*drain by pressing gently in a colander to remove as much liquid as possible, then form into 4 equal patties and freeze for 1-2 hours (using wax paper will help keep the patties easy to remove after frozen)
*Spray both sides liberally with coconut oil (or other cooking spray) and fry or bake at 400 deg for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through
