Ingredients
1 cup skim milk2 Tbsp protein powder 1 Tbsp instant coffee1 Tbsp cocoa mix3-4 Ice cubes
Directions
pour the milk, protein powder, instant coffee and cocoa mix into a blender and blend until mixed.

add ice and blend on the "ice crush" setting.

pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
