Double Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Ingredients
1.0 cup Butter, salted2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.25 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar0.25 cup Granulated Sugar16.0 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips96.0 gram(s) Jello sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix (not prepared)2.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour14.0 gram white chocolate chips
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar in large mixing bowl. Stir in pudding mix (dry) and vanilla. Beat in 2 eggs. In separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda and powder. Then slowly stir in wet ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes or until edges are set. Let set on pan for 2 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 60 cookies
