8 oz London Broil 1.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup Salsa 4 leaf Cabbage, fresh
Directions
Oil, heat beef
Add peppers, onion, .5 cup water, salsa
Boil, cover low heat approx. 10 minutes.
Create wrap with cabbage.
