Ingredients
4.0 oz catfish1.5 tbsp Alber's Yellow Corn Meal1.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
Directions
Heat oil in skillet over med/high heat. Season fish with lemon pepper and then coat with cornmeal. Add to prepared skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides. About 5 mins per side. Remove and drain on paper towel for 3 mins. Serve immediately. (Hot sauce adds a delicious kick to cooked fish)
