227 gram Seeds - Quinoa, Cooked (1/2 cup raw = 1 cup cooked) 240 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 130 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned .5 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Basil
Cook the quinoa in water (1 cup quinoa:2 cups water) as per instructions.
Blend Olive oil, basil leaves, salt, pepper and garlic.
Blend all ingredients. Eat immediately or refrigerate.
