Ham Asparagus Quiche

Ingredients
1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake 4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .75 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 12 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" Asparagus, fresh chop half saving spear halves.75 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) choppedsalt and pepper optional
Directions
Preheat oven 375
prebake pie shell 15 minutes set aside
spray a pan with Pam
chop vegetables (save top half of spears if desired
sauté asparagus 5 minutes
add peppers and onion sauté 5 more minutes on medium, onion should start being translucent
Place veggies and chopped ham in pie crust top with cheese
beat eggs and milk Salt and pepper if using) together pour over cheese and veggies lay reserved asparagus spears in a spoke fashion if desired
place pie plate on a baking sheet in case it would bubble over
Bake 45-50 minutes cool 10 minutes before slicing
