2 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Salt 2 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 cubic inch Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 1tsp Olive Oil
1. In a bowl, combine cauliflower, egg, salt, pepper, onion, red pepper until throughly mixed.
2.Heat oil on high and place 1/2 the mixture in the pan.
3. Cook about 4- 5 minutes.
4. Flip the hashbrown over and add the cheese to the top. Cook another 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted.
5. Repeat with the remaining half of the batter.
