Black soybean and quinoa soup

Ingredients
1.0 large Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 clove Garlic2.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers6.0 cup Vegetable Broth7.0 cup black soybeans2.0 tsp Cumin seed100.0 grams Cilantro, raw0.66 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
Directions
Saute garlic onion and jalapeno peppers in oil. Add everything else but the quinoa. Bring to simmer. Add the quinoa (after cooking it per the directions on the box) and mix well. If Desired puree half the soup to make it creamier.
