Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1.5 oz Bob Evans Ground Original Pork Sausage (by CLOVERGIRL12) 1.5 small Mushrooms, fresh .5 serving Cheese, Great Value, Finely Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese, 1/3c (28g)
Directions
Cook sausage and mushrooms in a frying pan. Whisk spinach (chopped) eggs, almond milk and a dash of salt together until fluffy. Pour over cooked sausage and mushrooms. Cook on medium until eggs are mostly cooked, add cheese and a lid and let the cheese melt. Serve plain or with ketchup or salsa.
