1 conatainer part skim ricotta cheese1 package shredded part skim mozzerella cheese1 large can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes1 pint canned whole or diced tomatoes1.5 pounds 93%lean ground beefone medium oniongarlic (minced, chopped, or powder)1 small package pasta (6 cups cooked)Italian herbs
dice onions and chop garlic. Put in skillet with ground beef and brown the beef along with cooking the onions/garlic. drain fat. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, and italian herbs(to taste), mix together.
In seperate pan, cook pasta as directed and drain.
Layer meat mixture, pasta, ricotta, and mozzerella cheese. ending with a sprinkling of the mozzerella on top. Bake in a 9X13 inch pan on 350 degrees until bubbly (approximately 40 minutes).
