made a few modifications on the Talapia & saved a bunch of calories. Seasoned fish w/salt, pepper, rosemary, & lemon. Grilled it on the George Foreman gril w/EVOOO spray . Steamed cubed red potatos & green beans w/rosemary, salt, & pepper in the Glad steam bag in microwave. 181calories total. YUMMY! - 7/25/09

A satisfying recipe, though there were a few issues. First, I only needed to cook it for twenty min. Second, if you don't have powdered rosemary, you have to heat up the herbs in the oil before you pour it on the fish or it gets "spikey". As a personal preference, I also added a touch of garlic. - 2/14/10

Rosemary was a little strong-I think next time I'll experiment with the spices a little. Otherwise good, and easy. Also no messy cleanup! - 4/20/11

My son and I made this for dinner. It was fantastic! Cooked for 40 minutes, but cranked heat up to 475 for the last 5 so that it would brown. Sans lemon + salt. Ate with a side of stirfried spagetti squash, mushrooms, and red onion (with a little rosemary and garlic). - 1/9/10

I made Tilapia last night for dinner. I cooked it for 35 minutes adding Dill Weed instead of Rosemary. I added 3 small steamed potatoes with broccoli. Yummy!! - 3/27/07

You cook tilapia for 30-45 minutes??? It wasn't dry? Last time I made tilapia I cooked 2 filets for 4 minutes on each side and it was perfect. - 3/26/07
