12 oz Atlantic Pollock (3 - 3 oz pieces)1/4 cup, chopped Pecans 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Grind pecans, cheese, bread crumbs and spices together. Melt butter in small dish. Dip each piece of fish in melted butter and coat in bread crumb mixture. place in baking dish. Top with remaining butter and bread crumb mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish is opaque and topping is golden brown.
