Krab Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. imitation crab1 celery rib, finely chopped1 green onion, finely chopped1 sweet red mini pepper, finely chopped1/2–1 tsp. lemon juice1/8 tsp, salt (optional)freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Break the crab into pleasing-sized pieces or shreds.
Mix all ingredients together.
Serve.
