Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 c Flour3 cups oats1 cup freshly ground flax seeds1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 cup Brown Sugar1 cup Butter or marg.1/2 cup Honey1 1/2 tsp Canilla2 Eggs1/2 cup Raisins1/4 cup Sesame seeds1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
Heat oven to 375. In med bowl, mix flour, oats, flax seeds, baking potder and salt.
In large bowl, beat sugar, margarine and honey until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture, mix well then add raisins, and seeds. drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets or form into bars. Makes 24 bars or 48 cookies.

    I just want to say how GREAT it is to have a breakfast bar recipe available. I always buy these type of bars to take with me to work, on the go. etc so it's perfect to be able to make a bunch myself. It looks like they are going to be delicous!! - 6/13/08
