Ingredients
1.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Cream Cheese .5 cup Tomato Sauce 16 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage .75 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Put parmesan cheese and cream cheese in microwavable bowl and heat to melt cheese. Stir together with almond flour and egg until completely mixed. Oil hands slightly with olive oil and pat into an 8" circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Prick all over with a fork. Cook at 400° for 10-12 minutes until slightly browned on top. While crust cooks, brown sausage in butter until well cooked and crumbly. Spread tomato sauce on crust and top with sausage and mozzarella cheese. Put back in the over and bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese on top is melted.
