3.3 tbsp Coconut Oil 1.8 oz2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened2 Tbsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener granulated (by KATESETZER) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 14 oz Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 3.5 oz (85 seeds) Pumpkin seeds 3.5 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt 3.5 oz Flax Seed, Hodgson Milled Flax Seed 3.5 oz Almond chopped (by NOOMEE2) 305 oz chopped walnuts
Melt Coconut oil then dissolve sweetener, cinnamon and cocoa powder in it.
In a large bowl, mix all seeds, nuts, and coconut together.
Pour he chocolate coconut oil over the mix and stir well so that everything is coated.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
IMPORTANT!! Some of these ingredients will burn very easily. Stir every 3 minutes or so.
Serving Size: 32 1/2 cup servings
