Simply easy veggie lasagna

Ingredients
0.5 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh1.67 cup Giant eagle sliced white potatoes2.5 cup Delgrosso mushroom & romano cheese2.0 cup mozzarella cheese, reduced fat, giant eagle
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 ° Open 3 cans of sliced potatoes. ( You can use real potatoes, but I find it is softer using canned.) Drain liquid. (May not use all from cans.) Layer potatoes in baking dish, sauce, spinach, cheese. Depending on the size of the baking dish, you will have 2-3 layers. End with cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy. Makes 9 servings. Serving Size: 9
