Spinach and tomato crustless quiche

Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 1 cup GREAT VALUE finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 cup Kroger Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach 0.75 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Drain spinach and tomatoes well. Mix all ingredients. Season with garlic powder, pepper, cayenne and salt to taste. Bake at 350 for 40 min. Serving Size:
