8 oz Bumble Bee Tuna in water 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .50 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 serving Hard boiled egg (I egg) 1 tbsp Mayo (Hellmann's Lite ) 1 tbsp Pickle Relish Sweet Del Dixi 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 serving Bread Joseph's flax and oat pita

boil, chop, peel, mix and eat
