Pita Pocket Bread(1/2 pita), 1 serving (remove)Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf, large (remove)Black Forest Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 sliceSalad dressing, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Take Pita Bread, put in lettuce. Then ham. Then in goes the cheese and last but not least..... The italian dressing. There you have a great pita pocket for lunch.
