Tilapia Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz Tilapia filet 0.25 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (by JULESCP) 1 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 1 serving Egg white, large 2 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 1 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Paprika 0.166 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Onion powder 0.166 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
(1) Pulse the fish in a food processor until just chopped.
(2) Combine the fish with the breadcrumbs, egg, egg white, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, basil, and onion powder.
(3) Form into patties. If needed place the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes before forming patties. It will help them stay together.
(4) Brush burgers with vegetable oil.
(5) Cook in a medium hot skillet for about 4 minutes per side.
(6) Serve.
