This is a great fresh tasting dressing. I didn't like it at first when I test tasted. It seamed a little bitter to me, but when I put it on the salad, it tasting amazingly great. - 9/29/09

This is delicious and tastes so healthy. I opted out of the sugar and added a little fresh pineapple juice. Also used freshly chopped cilantro and a tiny bit of grated ginger. We enjoy this on our salads at least once a week. - 4/16/20

I made this Dressing an Loved it but I had to add about a cup of water to it to thin it out. it was to thick maybe because I used frozen mangos unthawed. I was a lil disappointed that the mango tast wasn't there so much. But I Will make again. But I figured this is also a good base for a lil experim - 7/3/17

Can't wait to try it! The dressings they offer in the stores are so full of calories and are boring!!!! - 1/28/14
