* WEST SOY Unsweetened Vanilla SOYMILK, 1/2 cup * Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) * *Peaches, fresh, 1 small (2" dia) (approx 5 per lb) * *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 1 serving * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, .5 tsp ( * MET-RX Protein Plus Protein Powder, Vanilla -1 scoop, 1 serving * Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves * cold Water, 1/2 cup
Slice each kind of fruits. Place in the blender. Add soy milk and cold water. Then, add flaxseed. And add Splenda, according to your taste. BLEND for 3-5 minutes OR until all fruits are incorporated well. ENJOY!
