3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 6 oz Fresh Mozerella 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Cream Cheese .67 tbsp Sesame Seeds .33 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (Thickener) 1 tbsp serving (by ADDICTED2DONUTS) 1 tsp Onion powder .5 tsp Garlic powder
Combine all but egg. Microwave 1 min. Stir. Microwave 30 sec more. stir in egg. Roll two lumps between oiled parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Cut. Bake crackers at 200 for 20 min.
