Ingredients
16 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 1 cup Lentils, cooked 2 cup Spinach, cooked 1 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix all ingredients into large pot. Simmer for 20 minutes or until sweet potato is cooked. Add more water as needed.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, 1 cup each.
