Ingredients
0.6 stick Butter, unsalted2.0 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tsp Cumin seed3.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Pepper, black1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared16.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef2 cans unsalted Chili Beans4.0 tbsp Organic Salsa, hot1 can Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
Directions
Boil burger in stock. Put onions in glass bowl top with butter and microwave until translucent. When burger is brown, add all of the other ingredients and boil until reduced to consistency you like. Stir in onion-butter mix in last few minutes of cooking. Serving Size: 10 1-cup servings
