John's crock pot Cornish game hen

Ingredients
2 serving Baked Red Potato - Small (1.75-2.5" diameter) 5 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots) 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 3 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Pepper, black 2 serving Prospect Farms Rock Cornish Game Hen (1/2 Hen) 1.75 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 serving Jalepeno Pepper- 1 pepper (by SRATERMAN)
Directions
Layer red potatoes, sliced jalapeņo pepper, carrots and celery in bottom of crock pot. Add mixed garlic evenly over then. Salt and pepper. Wash and pat dry 2 half Cornish game hens. Place them on the vegetables skin side up. Add 2 cups chicken broth. Salt and pepper hens. Sprinkle garlic powder on hens. Pour one can of diced tomatoes into pot and over hens. Slice one large white onion and layer it over the bird. Cook for 10 hours on ow setting. Serve with Brown rice (not included in calorie count).
