Great flavor! I baked it in the oven at 425 for 8-9 minutes. Instead of butter I I put all the seasoning directly on the fish and sprayed with a zero calorie butter spray. Will definately make again -thanks! - 5/28/09

I baked this instead of grilling and I didn't have any paprika, but it was good. next time I'll make sure I have all the right ingredients. My only question is how can I make the fish less wet? With any recipe I struggle with this and I'm open to advice! - 5/19/11
